How to Order

Please follow the steps below:
①Select the color of the glasses.
②Choose the color of the lens and cleaning cloth.
③ Confirm the products in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
④ Enter your contact information and shipping address.
⑤ Check your order details and the shipping fee.
⑥ Select a payment method and click “Purchase.”

Delivery and Shipping Fees

Delivery and Shipping Fees
We ask customers to pay for the shipping and handling charges for both domestic and international shipments.

・Shipping method

Domestic shipments will be handled by Yamato, and international shipments will be handled by EMS (Express Mail Service). As a general rule, a specific date and time cannot be selected for the delivery. If you wish to specify the shipping method or date and time of the delivery for any reason, please let us know prior to placing your order. Please note that we are unable to make these adjustments after the order has been placed.

・Delivery time

Your order should arrive within 2 to 5 days after it has been shipped. Shipping to remote islands may take 4 to 6 days.


The product will be shipped with our original glasses case, cleaning cloth and delivery slip. We have 11 cleaning clothes that you can choose from.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges


Please contact our online store support desk with your order number if you wish to cancel.
*Cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment. In this case we ask customers to send the product back to us after it arrives.

・Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unused products only if it is within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact the online store support desk for help. Returns and exchanges are not possible in the cases below.

  • If 8 or more days have passed from the delivery date
  • If any of the accessories (glasses case or cleaning cloth) has been lost
  • If the product has been damaged or stained due to the customer’s negligence
